In order to live our values we must recognize those Brothers who exemplify
BROTHERHOOD - LEADERSHIP - EXCELLENCE on a daily basis.

The Delt Sig Spartan BROTHERHOOD - LEADERSHIP - EXCELLENCE ("BLE") Awards Program provides an opportunity for each Active Brother to nominate those Members who had the biggest positive impact on the Chapter for the current semester.
