Fall 2026 Semester
BETTER BROTHERHOOD SURVEY
One of the foundational principles of the Alpha Pi Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity is CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - constantly challenging ourselves and the Chapter to improve, to get better, to elevate.
In our Delt Sig Spartan STANDARD of EXCELLENCE, we highlight ways to build a Better Brotherhood:
- ALWAYS BE THINKING & DRIVING IDEAS FOR HOW WE CAN IMPROVE THE CHAPTER
- BE HONEST IN SELF-REFLECTION ABOUT OUR CHAPTER’s SHORTCOMINGS
- BE RUTHLESS IN ROOTING OUT POOR ATTITUDE AND POOR BEHAVIORS
- HELP BRAINSTORM & PROMOTE NEW & BETTER IDEAS
The Better Brotherhood Program is lead by Standards Board, executed by the E-Board & Cabinet, and lived every day through the efforts each Delt Sig Spartan Brother.
This survey is the first step in evaluating WHERE WE ARE AT, so that we can determine WHERE WE WANT TO BE and HOW TO GET THERE. We appreciate your sincere insight, honest feedback and perspective in finding ways to improve our Brotherhood.
